What is mic_cloth_designer?
Section titled βWhat is mic_cloth_designer?βmic_cloth_designer is a clothing studio inside the game. Pick a garment, paint its texture on a flat canvas while a 3D preview of the real mesh updates beside it, let an AI paint it from a sentence if you like, and export it as a real addon garment your server streams β no Photoshop, no OpenIV, no CodeWalker.
It ships as two resources: mic_cloth_designer, the studio, and mic_cloth_addons, the garment library the studio writes into. 89 garments come ready to design, and you can drop in your own .ydd files.
It runs standalone or on ESX, QBCore or QBox. The studio itself needs no framework, only the ACE permission; a framework is only needed for the wearable items.
Key features
Section titled βKey featuresβ- A real texture editor π¨
Brush, eraser, rectangle, circle, line, text, image import, fill, gradient and eyedropper, with layers, undo, recolor, flips and a library of prints. - A live 3D preview π
The garmentβs own mesh, turning as you paint. With Edit 3D you brush straight onto the model. - AI textures π§
Describe it and the AI paints it onto the garmentβs UV layout, as a new layer on top of your work. Fill white gaps cleans up anything it missed. Runs on your own Google Gemini key. - 89 garments included π
Male and female tops, trousers, shoes, masks, bags, vests, arms, gloves and accessories. - Bring your own β
Drop a.yddintomic_cloth_addons/import/, restart, and it is a designable garment. - Wearable items π
Turn a design into an inventory item that puts the garment on when used and takes it off when used again. Bundle several into an outfit item. - Sell them in any shop πͺ
Give a design its own item name and the studio writes the item definition for ox_inventory or QBCore. It is bound by name, so shops that know nothing about metadata can sell it. - The Cloth Network π
Browse, like, report and import designs and garment models shared by other servers, and share your own. Nothing to set up. - One library for the team, or one each π₯
Config.GlobalContentdecides whether everybody allowed in shares the same designs, items and outfits. - Locked to who you choose π
Opening the studio needs an ACE you grant inserver.cfg, checked on the server for every action. - Eleven languages π
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Dutch and Czech.
