Installation
Fifteen minutes. Most of it is adding twelve items to your inventory.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”| You need | Why |
|---|---|
| ESX, QBCore or QBox, running | Money, identifiers and callbacks. Detected on its own |
| oxmysql, running | Everything the script remembers is in your database |
| fmLib | Inventory add, remove and usable items go through it. The resource was built against fmLib v2.0.2 |
| ox_target or qb-target (optional) | Only if you want target interaction; drawtext needs nothing |
1. Put both folders in place
Section titled “1. Put both folders in place”Your download has two resources. Drop both into your resources, for example inside resources/[mic]/:
| Folder | What it is |
|---|---|
mic_crypto | The script |
mic_crypto_props | The rig, GPU, PSU and fan models, plus the warehouse laptop model |
2. Start order
Section titled “2. Start order”In server.cfg, below oxmysql and your framework, start fmLib, then mic_crypto_props, then mic_crypto — in that order, each on its own ensure line.
The framework is looked up the moment mic_crypto starts, so it has to be running already.
It worked when the server starts with no red mic_crypto line, and a yellow warehouse blip called Crypto Warehouse Shop shows on the map when you join.
3. The database
Section titled “3. The database”Import install.sql (in the root of mic_crypto) once. It creates the five tables the script uses: wallets, warehouses, shared access, trades, and market prices.
The market table is also created on start if it is missing, but the other four are not — skip this step and nothing can be bought.
It worked when your database has five tables starting with mic_crypto_.
4. Add the items
Section titled “4. Add the items”Every part of a rig is an item. Using one inside your warehouse puts it in your hands to carry.
| Item | Label | What it does |
|---|---|---|
mic_rig | Standard 5-Slot Rig | The frame. 5 GPU slots, 4 PSU slots, 8 fan slots |
mic_gpu_badger | Badger Comm-100 | GPU · 80 W · 0.10 GH/s |
mic_gpu_wiwang | Wiwang PC-G | GPU · 180 W · 0.25 GH/s |
mic_gpu_ecola | eCola OC Edition | GPU · 320 W · 0.50 GH/s |
mic_gpu_ifruit | iFruit Pro Max | GPU · 550 W · 0.85 GH/s |
mic_gpu_sprunk | Sprunk Xtreme | GPU · 1100 W · 1.50 GH/s |
mic_psu_postup | PostOP 500W | PSU · provides 500 W |
mic_psu_whiz | Whiz Wireless 850W | PSU · provides 850 W |
mic_psu_merryweather | Merryweather 1600W | PSU · provides 1600 W |
mic_fan_darrell | Darrell Brother Fan | Fan · draws 5 W |
mic_fan_flyus | FlyUS Aero Fan | Fan · draws 10 W |
mic_fan_atomic | Atomic Vortex 120mm | Fan · draws 20 W |
The ready-made definitions ship in mic_crypto/items/, and the icons in mic_crypto/items/images/:
| Inventory | Definitions (mic_crypto/items/) | Where they go | Icons |
|---|---|---|---|
| ox_inventory | ox_inventory.lua | ox_inventory/data/items.lua | Copy items/images/*.png to ox_inventory/web/images/ |
| QBCore / qb-inventory | qb-inventory.lua | qb-core/shared/items.lua | Copy them to qb-inventory/html/images/ |
| ESX default inventory | esx_inventory.sql | Import it once on your database | — |
The entries in the two .lua files are commented out so they can sit in the folder harmlessly — remove the leading -- when you paste them.
It worked when you give yourself one of each and all twelve show in your inventory with their icon.
5. Framework and interaction
Section titled “5. Framework and interaction”The framework needs nothing: ESX, QBCore or QBox is found on start. QBox is picked up through its QBCore compatibility — qbx_core provides qb-core — so there is nothing to set.
Interaction is one line, Config.Interaction in config/config.lua. It ships as ox_target. Set it to qb-target if that is what you run, or to drawtext for a plain Press E prompt with no target resource at all.
6. First test
Section titled “6. First test”- Go to the dealer (the blip) and open the shop. Buy the Small Warehouse with cash or bank.
- Open the shop again and enter it from your list of warehouses.
- Use
mic_rig. Walk to a white marker and press E. The rig appears on the floor. - Use
mic_psu_postup, walk to the rig and press E. Then do the same withmic_gpu_badger. - Use the laptop in the warehouse. In Mining OS, drag some hashrate onto a coin.
It worked when the rig shows the PSU and the GPU you installed, and a few minutes later the coin’s balance has started to climb when you open the laptop again.
To leave, use the door marker you arrived at.
Before you open your city
Section titled “Before you open your city”- Replace the webhook URLs in
config/webhook.luawith your own, or empty them to turn the logs off. - Set the prices in
config/shop.luaandconfig/warehouses.luato fit your economy — the defaults are a starting point, not a balance. - Choose the offline rate (
Config.OfflineRate). At1.0an offline player earns exactly what an online one does. - Check
Config.Localeis the language you want.
