I cannot choose a custom theme
Section titled “I cannot choose a custom theme”Custom themes need Tebex Plus or Tebex Premium. On the free plan Tebex does not offer the option — upgrade the store’s plan first.
The store still looks like the Tebex default
Section titled “The store still looks like the Tebex default”The template is there but not active. In Webstore › Appearance, set it as the store’s theme. If it is active and the page still looks old, open the store in a private window: that is your browser’s cache.
A tag does nothing
Section titled “A tag does nothing”It is misspelled. Check the square brackets and the colon. The table in 🎨 Customization has the exact spelling of each one.
The video does not play on the product page
Section titled “The video does not play on the product page”Use a normal YouTube link in the video tag, and check that the video is public or unlisted — a private video cannot be embedded anywhere.
A social button goes to the wrong place
Section titled “A social button goes to the wrong place”Every button reads its link from Appearance › Options › Links. Change it there once and it changes across the whole store.
Something else
Section titled “Something else”Open a ticket on the Discord with your transaction ID and a screenshot. Installation and layout tweaks are part of the support.
